The 3am stare at the ceiling. The shower-thoughts that won't shut up. The replay of the conversation from Tuesday. If your default state is racing, even when nothing's wrong, we can change what your nervous system does with the false alarms.

Panic attacks aren't dangerous, but they are exhausting and the fear of the next one becomes its own problem. We work on both: the response itself, and the anticipatory fear that quietly runs your week.

Sleep problems are almost always downstream of something else. The racing mind. The 4am cortisol spike. The anxiety about whether you'll sleep at all. Work on the upstream cause and the sleep follows.
